Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Include your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo so we can help resolve the issue.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and destination for your order. Keep the console and included items together, and remove any personal files before returning the device.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Contact us for the status of your request.
