Terms of service

Shopping with PixelQuest Co.

These terms apply to purchases from PixelQuest Co. Please review your product, color, quantity, delivery address and checkout total before submitting an order. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Prices and orders

Prices and the currency used for your order are displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Discounts apply only when their stated conditions are met. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error, we will contact you before making a change, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Product information

Read the product information for specifications and compatibility. Screen colors can vary by device. Battery life and software performance depend on settings and use. Hardware compatibility does not guarantee that a particular game or copyrighted game library is included. Only use software you have the right to use.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy explain delivery, the 30-day return process, and how personal information is handled. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Website content and brand assets may not be copied or used without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Contact and consumer rights

For questions about these terms or an order, contact PixelQuest Co. and include your order number where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order.
